The Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino has implemented an enhanced service which provides remote access to document images from case filings in civil matters. The fee for access to these documents is $0.50 per page. We provide remote public access to documents authorized by statute for public viewing.

These records show that there were 24,468 felony arrests and 49,306 misdemeanor arrests in San Bernardino County in 2017. Compared to 2016 figures, the felony arrest rate dropped by 3% while misdemeanor arrests saw a slight 0.6% jump. A closer look at the county’s felony arrests reveals that most of them were due to violent offenses (8,855).
